THE FEATURES OF CRYSTALLIZED GLASS STONE

Uses & wide applications.
Crystallized Glass Panel is recommended for all surfaces, residential and commercial. Crystallized Glass has many practical uses for all your needs such as: Interior & external wall cladding, Crystallized Glass counter tops, column cladding, Basin, Table, Bath, Kitchen round pillar, stairs, Crystallized Glass tile floors, indoor/outdoor, tabletops, board rooms, bars, clubs, restaurants, and cafes, sidewalks, building facades, moldings, inlay, furniture decorations etc.

Heat Resistance.
Crystallized Glass is a pioneer in high temperature engineered surfaces. Crystallized Glass has won the National Invention Patent for its unique high temperature method and extremely smooth surfaces. The composite is formulated under the scientific method at the expansion of 10,000. This insures the integrity of the surfaces to withstand commercial and residential indoor and outdoor heat.

Excellent resistance.
The Jade collection has a photic rate of 0.58% As a result it has an unusually high transparency under natural or synthetic light. Any surface laid with the Jade stone will create a shimmering effect and expose the extraordinary veining on the surface. The chamber technology lets the stone illuminate like natural onyx.

Sunshine resistance and aging proof
Crystallized Glass surfaces are refined under 1300 degrees centigrade, it is not influenced (fading or discoloration) by sun or artificial light. All Crystallized Glass Panel surfaces go through a 31 step process to prevent oxygenation. This ensures the surfaces smoothness and high gloss to last a lifetime without annual treatments.

Stains, absorbtion& scratch resistance
Crystallized Glass has the Mohs hardness of 6.5, and is engineered by a non-mark technique. Together these properties make the stone the most durable surfaces as well as completely impenetrable to stains and scratches. No sealing is required for any Crystallized Glass surface.

Dirt resistance & easy cleaning
Crystallized Glass compact and smooth surfaces are impervious to stains and dirt. These surfaces don't require any special cleaning methods or materials; it can be cleaned with any household cleaners. Crystallized Glass Panel surfaces obligate the least care of all stone surfaces.

Hard to produce bacteria
The penetrative rate of Crystallized Glass surfaces is less than 0.02%, far beyond the eligible standard of 0.05%. Crystallized Glass Panel can prevent mildew and bacteria penetration, making Crystallized Glass Panel surfaces the healthiest and most sterilized material.

Toxicity proof
Crystallized Glass does not release any kind of poisonous gas; therefore, it’s a great choice for special uses such as: museums, archives, showcases, hospital rooms, and facilities of fabrication or intensive care units

Acid and alkali erosion proof
Most natural and synthetic materials will lose their shine if come into contact with acid based cleaners. Studies on Crystallized Glass Panel show that acid and other chemical materials will not affect the surfaces.

Easy to be bent, economic & time saving
When heated, Crystallized Glass can be used in making various forms of stone slab, such as arc and curved surface. It has advantages of easy craft and low cost.

Environmental friendly &b Non-Radioactivity
Any radioactive elements have been removed in the process of manufacture, so unlike some natural stone slabs, Crystallized glass panel has no harmful radioactive elements. It is one of safest kind of green environment-protection materials.
